Qualifications

3.Rich resources in direct sales or distribution channels, skilled in multi-channel expansion, able to independently operate projects with sales volume of tens of millions; candidates with successful sales experience of tens of millions are preferred.

4.Strong communication, coordination and management skills, strong sense of career and ability to work under pressure, willing to travel.

5.Honest and enthusiastic, with a sense of responsibility and self-motivation, eager to learn, able to motivate oneself, with team spirit, and able to lead the team to achieve goals.

Job Responsibilities

1.Responsible for the engineering implementation of AI algorithm models, including model deployment, performance optimization and service-oriented deployment.

2.Design and develop high-concurrency, low-latency AI inference services.

3.Work closely with algorithm engineers to convert prototype algorithms into stable, efficient production-grade code.

4.Build and maintain the AI development platform and toolchain to improve team R&D efficiency.

Qualifications

1.Bachelor's degree or above (prestigious universities preferred), master's degree preferred; 2-5 years of algorithm engineering development experience.

2.Proficient in Python, with solid coding skills and good programming habits.

3.Familiar with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes; familiar with web frameworks such as Flask and FastAPI.

4.Understand common machine learning/deep learning algorithms; candidates with experience in model acceleration (ONNX, TensorRT) are preferred.

Job Description

1.Responsible for product definition, phased planning, solution design, launch implementation, and iterative upgrade; fully participate in and lead the entire project cycle.

2.Conduct user analysis and competitive product research before launch, user research and data analysis after launch, discuss cost-benefit with business stakeholders, and output requirements.

3.Follow up on development, collaborate extensively with various teams, drive product launch and operational promotion, follow up on feedback and continuously optimize.

4.Fully support the product line's B2B business and government bidding and procurement business.

Qualifications

1.Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, structural electronics, mechanical design or related fields.

2.Work experience: 5 years or more of experience in large-scale smart hardware manufacturers; candidates with industrialized system-level smart hardware projects are preferred.

3.Familiar with the smart hardware product development process; possess creative thinking, rapid learning and adaptability, and strong insight and judgment into user needs.

4.Excellent innovation ability and research spirit, outstanding execution and communication coordination skills, and the ability to solve problems independently.

5.Candidates with a background in hardware R&D or project management are preferred.
