The system provides patients and their families with one-touch emergency call, real-time query, intelligent reminder and other functions to improve patients’ satisfaction.
The system is seamlessly connected with the HIS system, displays the basic information of patients at the intelligent hardware terminal, and updates information in real time.
Patients can make emergency calls by one touch. Patients and their families in the wards can talk with nurses at the nurse station in real time, making it easier for them to communicate.
You can query the inspection and check results, the statement of hospitalization expenses, etc. in real time, and receive intelligent reminders of precautions during hospitalization, appointments for check-up, payment, general instructions to operations, medication, etc.
The system uses international standard network interfaces, which makes construction and maintenance more convenient. The function of regular automatic inspections can easily facilitate to identify the faulty equipment, improve the system’s stability, and be upgraded as a whole through the management software.
